We have a state-of-the-art clean room facility. The space is in full operation with electric moulding machines producing parts for the medical industry around the clock. We can also provide cleanroom solutions for many other industries.
We are experts in using a range of materials which conform to medical standards, including but not limited to PP, TPE and COC Topaz, to ensure finished products can withstand gamma and beta radiation during the sterilisation process.
The clean environment is maintained by regular cleaning, vacuum sealed doors, special coated flooring and all personnel accessing the space being expected to enter via a two-door gowning area which contains adhesive mats, where staff can change into overalls, shoe covers, hair nets and gloves prior to entering the clean space.
We are constantly looking for ways to maximise productivity and to continue to meet demand, we therefore plan to install a second clean room by the end of 2026 which will house electric moulding machines of up to 200 tons.
