Wether it is low volume or high volume we can advise on the best option possible. Parts can be made available in as little as 1 day for simple projects. Our extensive Toolroom can cut parts direct from plastic blocks or sheets, using cutters as small as 0.3mm in diameter. If you have more than a few parts needed we can make cheap but accurate tooling. Costs are kept to a minimum by using aluminium or p20. Any undercuts, internal threads, slides ect can be made to be loaded by hand. Using our universal bolster system were inserts are made then fitted, you will save on time and costs.

We believe in proto-typing with the correct material is far better than modelling with laser or sintering processes. Once we have made your inserts / tooling your product can be moulded in a wide range of materials ready for testing. These inserts can easily be modified cheaply allowing for quick and accurate development, helping you get your product to work, tested then marketed.
