Variable speed sign

    Hmtooling supplied and help develop tooling and moulded parts for new variable speed signs.

  The body clips together trapping the lens in position. The body then clips into the circuit board over the LED light source lens. The Body is moulded from polycarbonate and the lens from acrylic. Once the parts had been developed and approved the body tool was converted to a 2+2 impression tool. The lens was converted into a four impression Tool. All inserts were made from fully hardened Stavax ESR Tool steel, giving high quality and polishing features.
